The role involves ensuring all of our customers get the best out of their Prologue experience. By offering exceptional customer service and insightful advice. You will need to portray product knowledge in an enthusiastic and professional manner. Whilst also creating a welcoming environment, and maintain the friendly appearance of our store.
The ideal candidate would be passionate about road bikes, the maintenance/upkeep involved and events that take place around them. You will need the ability to interact with customers and build a relationship that gives you an understanding of their requirements and subsequently help them get the most out of their riding whilst maximising sales.
Sharing our attention to detail and pride in the appearance of our store is key, we are looking for someone who is proactive in maintaining the shop floor.
In conclusion we are looking for someone who shares our passion for the world of cycling, a great communicator, work well in a team, and show a drive to develop Prologue as a company.
This role can be full or part-time. Salary is negotiable and the candidate is able to enjoy a staff rate on all our products.
