Coaching is not just for the pro’ cyclists. Our Prologue cycling coach works with all levels of athlete; from beginner through to Olympic gold medalists.

All of our training programs are totally bespoke and based on physiological performance tests. On initial consultation we measure your current fitness level, define your optimal training zones, refine your training focus based on V02max, maximal aerobic power, blood lactate accumulation and turn point and much more.

Vitfor virtual training coach creates a training programme tailored to your lifestyle, helping you reach your goals and making every second count. Vitfor reviews your training daily and adapts it to your performance, energy levels, sleep patterns and muscle soreness, your availability and training preferences.

Personal Coaching Level 1 – £90pm

This our first level program conducted on a weekly bases for those individuals who want to maximise their training gains but don’t require unlimited contact or power analysis (selective analysis is still carried out). Each week you will receive the next 7 days training based on your reported time availability for that week and your previous weeks training data and physiological profile with the ability for mid-week alterations and amendments when required. This maximises time effectivity and rate of development on a totally personal level ensuring you are always making the most out of your available time even when you have varying work/family or other personal commitments. A optimised but slightly limited package offering the best service but with slightly reduced contact to reduce the cost.

             Training program conducted on a weekly bases of issue and review optimising development by totally fitting to your day by day availability and individual rate of development.

             Weekly coach conversation (<30min when required) and program amendments when required on top of the weekly training program issue and feedback

             Nutritional guidance

             Event review and targeting

             Strength and conditioning program if required

             Selected power and HR analysis

             Discounted testing services

Personal Coaching Level 2 – £120pm

This is very similar to our top without the inclusion of physiological testing. This level is a totally unlimited program for those individuals who want to maximise their training gains. Each week you will receive the next 7 days training based on your reported time availability for that week and your previous weeks training data and physiological profile with unlimited mid-week alterations and amendments. This maximises time effectivity and rate of development on a totally personal level ensuring you are always making the most out of your available time even when you have varying work/family or other personal commitments. A truly unlimited package offering the best service to anyone wanting the best.

             Training program conducted on a weekly bases of issue and review optimising development by totally fitting to your day by day availability and individual rate of development.

This is our top level totally unlimited* program for those individuals who want to maximise their training gains with the addition of inclusive physiological testing. Each week you will receive the next 7 days training based on your reported time availability for that week and your previous weeks training data and physiological profile with unlimited* mid-week alterations and amendments. This maximises time effectivity and rate of development on a totally personal level ensuring you are always making the most out of your available time even when you have varying work/family or other personal commitments. A truly unlimited package offering the best service to anyone wanting the best.

             Training program conducted on a weekly bases of issue and review optimising development by totally fitting to your day by day availability and individual rate of development.
